Our motto: less is more, simpler is better and digital is faster. Those who overwhelm themselves and society with complex laws have not understood that democracy is endangered by this and misjudge the core of democratic order. Democracy thrives on comprehensibility, traceability, communication and trust. As a medium-sized company, we are committed to an open, respectful democracy that lives from participation.
For a strong democracy and a responsible future
As a company committed to sustainability, innovation, and responsibility, we stand for values that strengthen the democratic spirit. We firmly reject radical and divisive rhetoric and aim to encourage active engagement for a society where co-determination, respect, and collaboration are lived values.
Our stance
The cornerstones of democracy are diversity, respect, and the ability to find viable solutions to the challenges of our time through debate. However, these very cornerstones are increasingly under pressure: radicalisation, polemics, and demagogic slogans are on the rise, creating a climate that divides rather than unites. At the same time, obtaining facts is becoming ever more difficult – „fake news“ has (unfortunately) become a buzzword in recent years.
Memorable but dangerous promises and loud denunciations of „fake news“ endanger social cohesion, weaken democratic discourse, and sow mistrust. In times of growing uncertainty, it is more important than ever to promote dialogue – a dialogue that is based on facts, characterised by respect, openness, and the will to achieve progress together. Issues such as internal and external security, climate protection, social justice, and the sustainable and economically sensible shaping of our future do not require quick answers, but rather constructive, well-considered solutions that are understandable to the majority.
Local, regional, and federal elections offer opportunities to get actively involved again and again. Every vote is an expression of responsibility and commitment. By voting, each and every one of us sends a signal for the fundamental democratic idea – for dialogue instead of incitement, for cohesion instead of division. High voter turnout shows people's interest in their democracy, and together we can defend the values that underpin our society.
We continuously engage in dialogue and do not allow emotions to become facts, helping to break down prejudices and working together to strengthen the foundation for a free, just, and sustainable society. Together, we build trust and confidence, within the company, with our partners, and all stakeholders. This is what we stand for: sustainable.economic.independent.
