Wir haben 32 Wohnungen (60qm – 150qm) im Quartier am Medembogen gebaut:

Energieoptimales Mieten und Wohnen in Otterndorf. Die Energieversorgung des Quartiers erfolgt größtenteils durch eine Photovoltaikanlage, die sowohl den Strom für die Wärmepumpen aber auch über das angebotene Mieterstrommodell für den Mieter kostengünstig liefert.
Each residential unit has a green carport with an electric charging station available for rent.
The fittings are high-quality and modern: fitted kitchen, underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace, generous walk-in shower area, bathtub, bathroom furniture, towel dryer in the bathrooms and much more.
