That was another exciting tournament for the carriage drivers in Engelschoff: And our employee Annika Struhs, against the backdrop of our sponsorship, was able to present Gerhard Zwirner from RFV Zauberwald with the prize for the cross-country event. Two-horse Class A ponies We are happy to support the Engelschoff location and its community and clubs. But after the tournament is before the tournament. Because on 22 August, the equestrian tournament continues. In 2016, UMaAG erected 5 E-92 wind turbines in Engelschoff using so-called geocells for road construction and has long maintained a friendly relationship with the residents, organisations and clubs of Engelschoff and its surroundings.

And here is an excerpt from the Stader Tageblatt (23.07.2021) with the winners of the competition and an outlook on the next event:
With Scarlet and Dormouse to the spots
ENGELSCHOFF. 23.07.2021
In the single and double span categories, horses and ponies were judged together. The new district champion for single spans is Sandra Brinkmann (RFV Bokel) with her pony, Kleiner. She relegated Klaus Wolter and Sabine Büther from the host club Engelschoff, with their Haflingers Scarlet and Haselmaus, to second and third place. The new district champion for double spans is Katja Meyer from RV Bülkau with Stella and Summer. Gerd Beckmann from RFV Stade came second with his horses Grandel and Rica, and Kirsten Stüven-Diercks (RFV Engelschoff) came third with Lady Lystasia and Rendi.
The host also had every reason to be satisfied from a sporting perspective. Because the tournament ran smoothly and without any incidents with a hygiene concept, „we are very happy,“ said spokesperson Sabine Büther. By no means surprisingly, the name of Wolfgang Kapke (RV Hechthausen-Basbeck) is at the very top in the four-in-hand category. With his Haflingers, he took home the district champion title.
A Herculean effort for the club
The board's gaze is now turning to the next month after the successful carriage driving tournament: the riding tournament is scheduled for August. For this, the Engelschoffer, as organisers, can already draw on their experience with their reliable hygiene concept from the driving weekend.
While the first day of the riding tournament is still reserved for internal club competitions, a total of 16 events have been announced for Sunday, 22 August. These range from a lead-rein competition for the youngest riders and dressage and show jumping rider competitions, to the most difficult events on the schedule in dressage (Class L*) and show jumping (Class L).
