We have 32 flats (60sqm – 150sqm) in the Medembogen Quarter built

Energy-efficient renting and living in Otterndorf. The neighbourhood's energy supply is largely provided by a photovoltaic system, which supplies power for the heat pumps and also cost-effectively for tenants via the offered tenant electricity model.
Each residential unit has a green carport with an electric charging station available for rent.
The fittings are high-quality and modern: fitted kitchen, underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace, generous walk-in shower area, bathtub, bathroom furniture, towel dryer in the bathrooms and much more.
