Over the past few months and weeks, we have all had to observe right-wing movements in Germany increasingly coming to the fore, thereby threatening the basic principles of our open society and the future of democracy. We want to take an unequivocal stance:
- We reject all extremism, racism, discrimination and hate.
- We are committed to the values of tolerance, diversity, equality, and social justice – values that not only shape our company culture but also form the basis for successful and sustainable collaboration.
- We strongly encourage all our employees and partners to actively stand up for a liberal-democratic society, to be socially engaged, and, of course, to vote. We do not tolerate any racist or discriminatory statements or actions within the company. We are committed to creating a safe and respectful working environment for everyone.
We want to help curb right-wing movements in Germany and strengthen our society. Democracy also means voter turnout, and low voter turnout benefits extremist parties. We call on our employees and partners to stand up for an open, tolerant, and liberal democratic society, in which diversity is seen as an enrichment and discrimination has no place.
Together, we can make a positive contribution and defend our values.
